We Do Not issue refunds. All Sales are Final.

IF you are missing an item or have received the wrong item (meaning not items you incorrectly ordered or changed your mind), please call customer service within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. * No returns or exchanges on custom orders*

***Please Do Not Brush, wet, unravel or install bundles, closures or frontals. **Federal law states hair products that have been altered or used CAN NOT be returned due to hygienic concerns and health regulations.***

***IF your package is returned or IF you refuse your package the cost of shipping and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. All cancellation of PayPal orders will have an 5% fee applied.
